I believe that the most wonderful thing to happen to anyone is to be blessed with a baby like our Soraya. Why God chose us to adopt her is a question I often try to answer (using my own personal background). The fact is, God has lots of children who need homes. I believe that all God wants and requires of us is to be willing to take them, love them and train them... Soraya is grown, married, and has two daughters of her own, Katelynn Nichole (who calls me Nana), and Rebekah Paige (born May 27, 2000). How wonderful it is!
