When Soraya was small I taught her to pray for her Birth-mother. She was so darling, and it melted my heart when she would pray. I will always cherish the image of her praying for her Birth-mother. My prayers for Soraya are that God will send someone to witness to her Birth-mother, so we can see her in Heaven.

My husband, Doran, is holding Soraya just after we got her. That's me, proud mom, looking on. If I can encourage anyone to adopt then I have accomplished a wonderful thing...

Jayce Ryan Hitt born in June, 2005. After losing their son, Riley, Soraya and Ryan prayed for another son and God answered their prayer.
